We all wear many hats, and lived through isolating times during Covid.
This motivated Danielle to volunteer with a number of groups once Quinn (now 7) and Bernard (now 3.5) were in school. First through the civic association and Cove PTO to invest in the community, connect with more neighbors and make friends. Later with the Harbor Management Authority and Community Preservation Committee to learn more about our local government, increase public access to the waterfront, and recommend City Council fund projects to benefit our community.
As a consumer attorney, Danielle focused on explaining your rights under federal law to not be harassed by debt collectors (no calls before 8am or after 9pm, no calls at all after they receive a cease & desist letter, etc.) and advocating for consumers in state and federal court.
If elected, Danielle will work to continue earning your vote by explaining local government processes, highlighting opportunities for public input, working together to find answers to your questions, and serving as your voice in city government.
Danielle will be knocking doors throughout Ward 2 over the coming months, and hosting informal coffee hours from 9-11am on the second and fourth Fridays of every month - rotating between our coffee shops. One of the best ways to get to know her is to come out for a chat or meet her at your door.
